Service terms · 3 November 2026
1. Provider and scope
The service provider and seller is Ing. Salvatore Colangelo, VAT number IT02082660768, registered fiscal address Via Modena 14, 85016 Pietragalla (PZ), Italy. Practice address: Via della Tecnica, 24A, 85100 Potenza (PZ). Information and assistance: salvatorecolangelo92@gmail.com, telephone +39 348 773 6026, certified email salvatore.colangelo@ingpec.eu. Full details appear on the Seller and contacts page.
These terms cover consultancy, business packages and tailored services available through this website, together with booking drone hire on published dates and paying agreed hire proposals. Ready-made DXF designs follow their own sales terms and licence.
2. What you buy
The service description and order summary identify the scope, limits and price. A one-hour consultation includes the professional time described in its listing; the initial project review includes up to three hours in total. Document review, research, calls and preparation of responses use the purchased time allowance.
A business package bought online covers one month, with the hours, requests and simultaneous projects stated in its listing. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The start date and working arrangements are agreed with the practice.
Full design work, signed technical deliverables, site visits, construction supervision, safety coordination and other specialist services are included only when expressly stated in the proposal. The estimator produces an indicative range: you can buy an initial consultation or pay the final quotation after the practice confirms it. Tailored CAD work requires a check of the reference material and scope before payment.
3. Prices and confirmed proposals
Displayed amounts excluding VAT include the stated 4% contribution; the final Italian consumer price including 22% VAT is also visible. Before payment, the customer provides invoice details and verifies the tax treatment and total. General services purchased for an EU business may use reverse charge only after successful VIES checks for both parties. Services directly connected to a property require its location to be identified: Italian property normally remains subject to Italian VAT; property abroad requires a specific review. Foreign rental and individually approved proposals require the practice to confirm tax treatment before payment. Where a contribution is expressly charged on an extraterritorial professional service, it remains accounted for under Inarcassa rules; no compulsory foreign contribution is implied. Any transport or additional expenses are identified separately in a proposal to accept before payment. The 30% promotion on ready-made DXF designs is separate from the fee reductions and multi-service savings shown by the calculator.
A confirmed proposal identifies the work, amount due, whether it is an advance or balance where applicable, price components, validity and specific terms. Its personal code or link retrieves it in the cart without changing its contents. Expenses, additional work and scope changes must be agreed before proceeding.
4. Ordering, payment and start
Review the service or proposal, read these terms and continue to Stripe. The final purchase control clearly indicates the obligation to pay. Adding a service to the cart does not charge you. Stripe manages cards and other available payment methods; the practice’s website does not collect full card details.
After payment is verified, the order summary identifies the service and next steps. Paying for a consultation does not itself reserve an appointment: dates, documents and working arrangements are agreed with the practice within the scope and timing communicated for the service or proposal. If the service cannot be provided, an alternative or a refund for the unperformed part will be arranged.
The confirmation and order terms are made available in a copy you can retain. Payment confirmation is not a tax invoice.
5. Drone hire
For collection and return in Potenza, select a period from the dates the practice has published as bookable, review the final hire rate and pay through the cart. The summary identifies dates, equipment and arrangements. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified; selecting dates or opening Checkout is not a paid booking. Unpublished dates, shipping and work with a pilot require a separate proposal.
No security deposit or card preauthorisation is required. Final hire rates are 127 euros for one day, 207 euros for two consecutive days and 397 euros for one week, including the 4% pension contribution and 22% VAT. Other periods combine these rates. Any requested transport is agreed and accepted separately before payment.
Before paying, the customer reads and accepts these terms, the hire conditions and the summary of dates, price and equipment. After payment, the customer receives confirmation and can download the terms and details frozen for that order. Handover and return records identify the actual kit, serials, accessories, checks and photographs.
DJI Care Refresh is active on the drone until 30 September 2027. The rate includes handling an eligible claim within the plan’s limits and terms. It is a manufacturer assistance and replacement service, not third-party liability insurance. The agreement states an initial allowance of four replacements, including two flyaway replacements, with fees of 159 euros for accidental damage and 829 euros for flyaway; the remaining allowance and the incident’s eligibility must be verified with DJI. The practice manages the claim while preserving the account and controller bindings required by the plan. The customer reports incidents promptly, preserves relevant flight data and does not change bindings without instructions.
The customer is responsible only for damage and missing items attributable to them under applicable law. Ordinary wear, age and documented pre-existing defects are not charged. The practice supplies photographs, diagnosis and reasonable repair cost or, where necessary, the component’s actual value at the time, less DJI Care benefits, insurance recoveries and residual value. The customer can provide observations and evidence before the account is settled. There are no automatic card charges or an automatic charge for a brand-new drone.
Hire does not include a pilot or flight authorisations. The operator and pilot must meet the requirements and hold the liability cover actually needed for the operation, verified before equipment is handed over. Postponement, cancellation and inability to use the kit are handled according to the order, agreed terms and mandatory rights.
6. Consumer withdrawal and an early start
For services bought at a distance, consumers ordinarily have fourteen days from contract conclusion to notify withdrawal. Send a clear statement to salvatorecolangelo92@gmail.com or the seller’s contacts, including your name and order. No particular wording is required.
You can separately request that the service start during this period. Requesting an early start does not by itself remove the right to withdraw. If you withdraw after a requested start, a proportionate amount for work performed is payable when the legal conditions are met. The right is lost after full performance only with prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence, under Article 59(1)(a) of the Italian Consumer Code.
Any specific hire conditions are explained in the proposal without introducing a blanket withdrawal exclusion. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
7. Assistance and rights
For questions, order difficulties or complaints, contact the practice with your order number and service. Refund requests are assessed against payment, work performed, the proposal and applicable rights. No term excludes mandatory liability or remedies. Italian law is intended to apply without depriving consumers of protections available to them; consumer disputes remain subject to the court jurisdiction required by consumer law.
