01 / Your project
The project’s total floor area, without multiplying by the number of levels. Building service formulas cover 15 to 1,000 m²; cases outside this range require assessment.

Standard: regular geometry, familiar solutions and a limited number of elements to coordinate.

Complex: irregular geometry, numerous interfaces or bespoke solutions requiring more design work and coordination.

This choice describes the design effort, not a safety class. The +20% and level coefficients apply only to the relevant items, as explained in the estimate criteria. APE, renders and fixed prices follow their own criteria.

Location and urgency help us assess the appointment. Travel, additional activities and timing are agreed in the quotation.

Before payment, the cart shows the fee, 4% Inarcassa pension contribution, 22% VAT and final total. Service prices are not discounted.

Fixed-price consultation

  1. Add the one-hour consultation or initial review to the cart.
  2. Complete billing details, read the terms and pay the displayed total.
  3. We agree the appointment and documents to review. The practice sees the purchase in its order register.

Tailored project or appointment

  1. Prepare an estimate and send your request to the practice.
  2. We agree scope, timing and the final price; the estimate is not charged automatically.
  3. You receive a personal link to the approved proposal and can pay it online.
