with the full picture.
Product scope, prices, payment, delivery and support for downloadable designs in the catalogue.
Version for DXF purchases · 3 November 2026
1. Scope and parties
These terms apply only to individual downloadable DXF files sold through the catalogue. The seller is Ing. Salvatore Colangelo, VAT IT02082660768, tax address Via Modena 14, 85016 Pietragalla (PZ), Italy, email salvatorecolangelo92@gmail.com. Full contacts are on the Seller and contact details page and will be reproduced in the order confirmation.
A consumer is an individual buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Consumer protections apply where their legal conditions are met; a purchase for a business does not automatically carry a cooling-off right.
Consultancy, engineering appointments, subscriptions, bespoke CAD work and drone rental or services are governed by a separate quotation and agreement. Preparing an enquiry on this website does not appoint the practice to carry out work.
2. The digital product
Each product page identifies a design, its preview, price and essential characteristics. The product consists of the described DXF file and its licence. Physical objects, materials, cutting, toolpaths, machine settings and G-code are not included.
Drawings use millimetres at 1:1 scale, as confirmed by the practice. Select these settings during import if your software does not recognise them. Previews show the geometry and do not necessarily simulate the finished result in your chosen material.
You need CAD/CAM software supporting DXF. Before purchasing, check the product characteristics and compatibility with your workflow; contact the practice if you need clarification. Machining preparation also depends on thickness, tooling, machine and intended use. These instructions do not exclude liability for a file that fails to meet what was promised.
3. Prices and promotion
Prices are in euros and apply to one design. The 30% reduction applies exclusively to ready-made DXF designs in the catalogue. Consultancy, bespoke CAD, renders, drone rental and drone services retain the full price stated on their respective pages or quotation. The catalogue shows the reference list price established by the practice and a promotional price reduced by 30%, rounded to the nearest cent. The reference list price is not represented as a price previously paid by customers or the lowest price charged during the preceding thirty days.
The catalogue shows the amount excluding VAT, with the stated 4% contribution included, alongside the final Italian consumer price including 22% VAT. Invoice details are used to check the tax treatment and final payable total before payment. An EU business purchase may use reverse charge only after the seller and customer VAT numbers are successfully checked through VIES. Foreign private digital purchases require the practice to confirm the applicable VAT regime before payment; a country selection alone never removes VAT. Historical orders retain their original amounts and tax records. Downloads have no shipping charge. Additional charges cannot be added without the customer being informed and accepting them.
Professional fee quotations are separate from DXF purchases. The specific appointment sets out fees, included work, any contributions and taxes, expenses and additional services.
Billing details are required before every payment. An Italian consumer provides their name, address and tax code; a business provides its legal name and VAT number. SDI and certified email are optional. The practice issues the electronic tax invoice using its invoicing system; a Stripe payment receipt does not replace a tax invoice.
4. Selection and purchase
- Select designs and check their references, quantity, characteristics and prices in the summary.
- Read and accept the terms of sale and licence. To receive digital content immediately, separately consent to early supply and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost when supply begins.
- Go to Stripe’s payment page and review the final total. The final purchase command clearly indicates an obligation to pay.
- After payment is verified, receive a contract confirmation on a durable medium and access to the purchased files by the method explained before the order.
The terms made available and accepted at the time of ordering apply; later amendments will not alter existing contracts.
5. Payment and delivery
Stripe processes payment on a dedicated page. The practice’s website does not collect full card details. Available payment methods and any authentication requirements are shown at payment.
Downloads are provided only after payment is confirmed and the information and confirmations required for digital supply have been provided. Pending or failed payments do not authorise delivery. Buying an individual DXF does not create a recurring subscription.
Personal download links expire for security reasons. Link expiry does not cancel the purchased licence. For access problems, a change of device or file recovery, contact the practice with your order reference. The practice will verify the purchase before restoring access.
6. Withdrawal, conformity and refunds
Consumers ordinarily have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, that right is lost only where the conditions in Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code are met. See Refunds and withdrawal for details.
Losing the cooling-off right does not remove statutory conformity protections. Where a file does not conform to the contract, consumers retain the remedies under Articles 135-octies onwards of the Italian Consumer Code. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights.
7. Support, applicable law and disputes
For questions or complaints, email salvatorecolangelo92@gmail.com with the design reference and order number, if any. The AI assistant provides information about services; it does not decide refunds, disputes or contractual commitments.
Italian law is intended to govern the contract, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to them. Consumers retain the jurisdiction protections provided by applicable law. Using an available out-of-court dispute resolution process does not restrict the right to bring proceedings.
